About Coastal Environmental Services
Coastal Environmental Services (CES) of Southeastern Connecticut is a non-profit public charity dedicated to keeping our local waters clean. We operate pumpout boats on the Mystic River, Thames River and all points in between as well as in the Branford area. By bringing our pumpout boats directly to vessels and keeping pumpouts free-of-charge, CES provides boaters with the highest level of service and an easy and convenient way to protect our waters from pollution. CES operates thanks to federal, state and local grants and the generous donations of businesses and boaters.
