Coastal Hospitality Consulting was started in 2019 with the aim to help the small accommodation sector thrive. With more than 30 years of combined hands-on operational experience alongside co-founder, David Fourie, in Hospitality Management, Customer Service and Staff Development, specializing in the small accommodation sector, we noticed a gap in the market where accommodation owners are not just only struggling to adapt to and keeping up with the ever changing industry, especially in a time where the competition is fierce and the demands of guests are changing rapidly, but also finding it difficult to confidently attract guests to their property by not knowing what their unique selling proposition is. We work closely with the new or experienced Guest House owner or manager who is looking to level up, become more premium and successfully run their guest establishment in the 21st Century.
