Coastline International has been manufacturing high quality medical and electronics products for other companies since 1982. Headquartered in San Diego, California, Coastline is a privately owned U.S. corporation with foreign manufacturing facilities in Tijuana Mexico. Our typical client company develops and sells medical device products or electronics products in the U.S. and foreign markets. Over the course of three decades we have been the trusted partner of a wide range of companies, large and small, that outsource the manufacture of their products for strategic or economic reasons. We also provide shelter services to support client companies that elect to manage their own production operations in Mexico. Coastline has 200+ employees and over 50,000 square feet of manufacturing facilities, including several ISO 13485 Class 8 (Class 100,000) clean rooms. Coastline is FDA registered and an ISO 13485 & 9001 certified manufacturer. We know what it takes to meet the demanding quality standards associated with medical device manufacturing. OEM clients typically find the cost of our medical device manufacturing services to be 30% or more below other contractors or the client's own in-house costs.
