CoastTec offers certified maintenance, management and monitoring services for APC UPS fleets. CoastTec is the leading provider of reconditioned APC Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), and the ONLY APC-certified service center for single-phase UPS. CoastTec can sell pre-owned units and/or service a client's current stock of UPS's. In each case, the client is able to save money (pre-owned typically cost ~50% off retail price) and contribute to a greener planet (by reusing resources rather than buying new and buy ensuring that dead batteries and other e-waste are disposed of properly). CoastTec and APC have partnered to offer the Certified Protection Plan (CPP), an effective and economical way to manage large fleets of single-phase UPSes, especially when between buying cycles. We have implemented the CPP at large companies (including retail, financial services, and manufacturing), healthcare firms (including numerous hospitals), universities and other schools, and government and municipal agencies (federal, state and local).
