The Society of Physics and Engineering Students at College of the Canyons, an official chapter of the Society of Physics Students (SPS), is one of the few formal engineering clubs in COC. We focus on promoting innovation and collaboration in the fields of physics and engineering, offering hands-on, project-based learning opportunities that enhance practical skills and provide a deep understanding of STEM disciplines. Our activities include hosting guest speakers, organizing industry-relevant field trips, and providing valuable networking opportunities to prepare students for careers in physics, engineering, and related fields. As one of the few formal engineering clubs at College of the Canyons, we are committed to building a dynamic and inclusive community that inspires curiosity and growth.
