About Cocondo

Cocondo transforms old bunkers along the Dutch coast into ecological and meaningful places to stay. This way we provide a camouflaged and sustainable alternative for coastal construction and take care of the heritage and surrounding nature. In order to demonstrate that seaside recreation in harmony with nature is possible, we started a pilot project in 2020. In Hoek van Holland a former telephone bunker has been transformed into a small family residence.
