About Cocorose London

We are an independent, women's footwear brand, passionate about creating beautiful and incredibly comfortable flats that delight and empower women, ensuring all Cocorosers look and feel amazing. Founded in 2007 by Janan who invented the foldable shoe to help normalise flats and relieve women from the pain of wearing high heels all day, our continuous drive to promote style and comfort has helped break societal norms of what women should wear on their feet. Over the years, we've been honoured to work with the very best of British and have held long-standing collaborations with prestigious organisations BAFTA, The Royal Ballet and Liberty Art Fabrics. Our most recent collaboration with the Fashion Museum Bath showcased our 'Alice' ballerinas as part of the Shoephoria! exhibition. Since 2020, we've supported The Honeypot Children's Charity, raising vital funds for young carers. Our collection has evolved to include our best-selling, luxury leather trainers and flats, all considerately designed and responsibly hand-crafted with the same attention to detail and commitment to beyond-the-norm comfort. We launched our pioneering collection of plant-powered, vegan-friendly trainers in 2023, made from cactus leather and recycled soles, demonstrating our long-standing commitment to sustainability. We've been successful finalists and winners of prestigious awards and have been invited to present at Number 10 Downing Street, the IoD and St Mary's University and to partake in numerous panel discussions on topics such as starting a footwear business and exporting. We've given numerous presentations to business groups and media interviews, ranging from Sky and BBC to Reuters and Talk Radio Europe. We're incredibly proud that our shoes are worn by high profile personalities and that Cocorosers all around the world choose to wear our designs and keep coming back for more.
