CODE is an independent planning consultancy providing advice to promoters, developers and landowners throughout the south-east and eastern regions of England across a range of development sectors. Our strength is in our ability to devise planning strategies which are solutions-focused, proactive and based on solid and up-to-date knowledge, with the enthusiasm and tenacity to deliver the client’s objectives in the most efficient manner. Due to our continued growth and increasing workload we are looking to expand our team further with motivated individuals keen to develop their careers and rise to new challenges. Associate Planner Senior Planner Graduate Planner Successful candidates would be expected to have a robust knowledge of planning issues, mechanisms and guidance commensurate with the length of their experience and qualification and most importantly an enthusiasm to deliver and develop their skills and reputations. We have no pre-conceived limitations on the detailed nature or length of your existing experience. We are more interested in identifying the potential and how best to jointly develop it. At CODE we work in partnership with team members to hone each individual’s professional and personal skills and develop careers in a supportive team environment. We are sufficiently large and experienced to attract an exciting range of instructions from new and repeat clients but small enough to focus on opportunities to individually tailor career growth.
