About Codeify Canada

We have entered a new era where technology went from “cool,” to being a vital part of our day-to-day lives. More specifically, the ability to code. There are over 100 000 jobs that require this skill but it is not an easy one to obtain. Many find coding to be difficult, when it is time to code their foundation is not great which leaves them in a dilemma. This is where we, Codeify, come in. Learning to code is essential, so to help people learn to code, we need to start young. We want to teach the youth about coding, its applications, its benefits and how it works. It is statistically shown that coding improves your critical thinking and problem-solving skills. We want to specifically have free workshops dedicated to Python, a coding language, including block-based programming and other heavy programming languages. Our main focus is to inspire and educate young minds on programming, in addition, give them a strong foundation for their future.
