Career Opportunity Development, Inc. (CODI) is a multi-service not-for-profit organization dedicated to enriching lives and strengthening communities for the differently-abled through housing and employment. We envision inclusive communities where individuals, regardless of disabilities or disadvantages, can work or volunteer, live in a safe and comfortable home, recognize their inherent value, and feel empowered to create a positive impact.
