About CODI, The Canadian Organization Development Institute
CODI provides advanced training in the theory and methodology of organization development and change. We offer three central programs: * OD and Change Essentials, a 2-day intro to OD and Change * OD and Change Intensive, a 3-module, 12 day program for external and internal consultants, managers and leaders in any context. * The Masters Certificate in OD and Change, in partnership with the Schulich Executive Education Centre (SEEC), Schulich School of Business, York University. This program consists of CODI's Intensive program, a four day SEEC course, "Business Acumen for OD Professionals", and an OD Practicum managed jointly by CODI and SEEC. CODI also provides free evening sessions and short courses under our Advanced Practitioner Series (APS); and in conjunction with SEEC, other short programs under the SEEC/CODI OD Seminar Series (ODSS). All our programs are theory-based but highly pragmatic, designed for practitioners. All programs are small group based (maximum 21 in a class) with an emphasis on experiential learning.
