Codicote is a boutique company of construction professionals. We offer our clients construction advice, construction planning and project management services, including design management and procurement management, across the entire project lifecycle. Established in 2004, Codicote is named after the historic village in Hertfordshire, England, where the company’s founder and managing director, Dave Jenkins, was born. Codicote today is comprised of a highly motivated and passionate team of construction professionals with extensive experience as on-site builders, working to support clients across diverse geographical locations, both in Australia and abroad. The Codicote team consists of builders, construction planners and client project managers with several decades of experience with major companies including Westfield, Concrete Constructions, Lendlease, Multiplex, Leighton, Mace Group, Walton, Balfour Beatty, Costain and Wimpey Engineering & Construction. Prior to founding Codicote, Dave Jenkins worked in construction for Tier One builders for 25 years. The Codicote team’s extensive experience at the building coalface and solid understanding of construction technology and processes are at the core of the unique position we occupy as a specialist service for developers, builders and trade contractors. The boutique nature of our business allows us to focus on selective clients and commitments.
