About COEGA Sunwear
COÉGA Sunwear began when our founder Maureen Hall noticed a need for sunwear for the family in the Dubai market. Loving to sew, Maureen took it upon herself to create swimwear for herself and her children. It all began with the unique pool shoe and has grown into an extensive line of mix and match protective sun wear for the whole family. You can now find COÉGA in over 100 retail outlets and 8 on-line platforms across the GCC region. COÉGA is proudly homegrown in the UAE and all of our design, manufacturing, and distribution is based right in Jebel Ali. This enables us not only to gain important local market knowledge and the flexibility to respond quickly to our regional customers’ needs, it also supports the UAE economy and community. All COÉGA items are made using high quality European fabric that is UV50+ rated, lightweight, quick-drying as well as chlorine and saltwater resistant which makes all COÉGA garments durable and long lasting. COÉGA strives to be an eco-friendly company which is why we go paperless, recycle our packaging wherever possible, donate older stock to charity rather than landfill, and our local manufacturing means less transport and fuel consumption. COÉGA Sunwear is dedicated to providing well-made sustainable products now and for years to come. We are proud to have been chosen by Expo 2020 to be the swimwear licensee.
