Cogmatic manufactures large pitch, large diameter steel sprockets, gears, gear racks and rolled drum segments. Sprockets include ANSI standard sizes from RC80 to RC240 and Engineered Chain Sprockets. Gear sizes are from 3 to ¾ DP. Typical diameters are from 12 inches up to 18 feet. Cogmatic has unique proprietary equipment to Flame Machine the gears and sprockets.
