We offer consultancy to help organisations develop their psychological wellbeing strategy so that it has a positive impact on both people and profit. We offer consultancy on any aspect of psychological wellbeing: • Audit existing wellbeing offerings and identify what is working well • Develop a mental wellbeing strategy to give ROI • Identify and manage psychosocial risks and develop preventative strategies to maximise employee mental wellbeing • Measure and address sickness presenteeism • We train leaders and managers in: • Resilient performance: cognitive skills for leaders • Proactively managing psychological wellbeing We also offer Resilience coaching using Strengthscope/personality measures Sharon started her career in clinical psychology seeing clients with a range of mental health issues, and quickly realised that a high percentage of the people she was seeing were there because of experiences in the workplace e.g. work overload, poor leadership/ management practices, bullying. Sharon was conscious that she could help people understand and reframe their experiences and build their coping resources, but at the end of the day, they were still going back to those toxic work environments. So, she decided to move the focus backwards and concentrate on improving those toxic environments. The Cognoscenti mission is to help all organisations become productive working environments that are physically and psychologically healthy places to be.
