Cogswell Hall is a permanent solution to homelessness that offers quality, low-income housing with social services, builds community and advocates for disabled and economically disadvantaged individuals. Our family-like home offers a private room, gracious common areas, and staff support to assist with the isolation and marginalization caused by mental illness, substance abuse, physical or developmental disabilities, HIV/AIDS, unemployment or underemployment.
