Holly Gibbons, Founder of Coherent Being, is passionate about helping people and workplaces achieve higher levels of coherence where coherence represents ‘a state or situation in which all the parts or ideas fit together well so that they form a united whole’. Working in and with some of the countries largest financial institutions for the first 15 years of her career, Holly can see the potential this holds for individuals, businesses and the communities that they serve. By coming into a state of coherence and moving forward as a united whole, a healthy eco-system is created within the person and within the culture of the business and this then extends out to create a positive impact in the world. Holly seeks to partner with individuals who have the courage and conviction to lead themselves and their people towards coherence which means creating safe spaces for people to bring their authentic selves to work resulting in an enriched culture and enhanced business performance.
