Coiling Technologies, Inc. established in 1976 has the experience and expertise to engineer, design and manufacturer custom springs to meet your specific requirements. We are a leading manufacturer of high-tech, specialized springs that are utilized across most industries from Aerospace to Transportation and government agencies including the DoD. We are an OEM and after-market manufacturer that is committed to providing a quality product with faster lead times than industry standard. Our core competence includes both large and small custom-made compression springs, disc springs, extension springs, torsion springs and wave springs. Our modular cell processing includes both automated and manual CNC controlled single and dual point coiling equipment. This allows us to cold coil and produce springs with material diameters up to 2.5" (65 mm), 24" (600 mm) outside diameter and lengths up 72" (1.8 m). CTI manufacturing services also includes metal fabrication, stampings, wire forms, heat treating and powder coating. Coiling Technologies, Inc. is an ISO 9001 DNV certified company. Our quality system is integrated throughout the organization resulting in a rejection rate that is less than 1%. We consistently maintain a 95% plus on-time delivery record for our structured KANBAN and JIT programs. We make sure the highest quality products get where they are needed when needed. We manage all these services in our 110,000 sq. ft. location in Houston, TX to ensure that our quality standards are maintained, and you receive springs made to your specifications.
