COIMA SGR, an Investment & Asset management company, manages 33 real estate investment funds with over Euro 10 billion in investment and counts in its portfolio over 170 properties, including over 34 LEED certified properties. COIMA REM, a Development and Property management company, in over 50 years has developed and managed real estate properties totaling over 6 million square meters. Through the consolidation of the three neighbourhoods Garibaldi, Varesine and Isola, Porta Nuova returns to Milan an abandoned area of over 290,000 square meters, with 24 LEED certified buildings for a sustainable quality level without comparison in Italy. 30 architects of 8 different nationalities took part in the project, which among the various international awards received the European Property Award 2015-2016 and the MIPIM Award 2018.
