Colabmacs (Collaborative Lab Management and Access Control System) is a SAAS platform designed to manage physical resources in shared & open access spaces. It manages resource schedules, training records and tracks usage data for billing and analytics purposes. The software saves technical staff time, allowing them to focus on innovation instead of administration. Managing training records, enforcing access policies, and recording usage statistics can be complex, administratively heavy tasks that are difficult to implement. Colabmacs solves this through the use of highly configurable Access Rules, allowing facility managers to define, implement and enforce rules that align with their unique operational policies.
