Coldbirds was founded in 2019 with the goal of spreading hand-printed clothing and artwork. Started and stationed out of Brooklyn, New York, lively energy, environmental awareness, and personal connections have been the focus of our work. We hope to help create a world where limited-run prints and clothes are accessible to everyone. The fashion world today is dominated by large companies that mass-produce clothing designed to be worn and then discarded. This kind of consumer culture is reckless and unsustainable; we believe the future of fashion will usher in more upcycled and repurposed pieces and we hope to help pioneer that effort.
