The Coldsmoke Awards Winter Film Tour is a traveling film festival showcasing the best in winter cinema. It is our goal to promote and present these films to the largest audience possible, creating various opportunities for people to congregate and celebrate Winter Culture. The festival travels to several locations and culminates with a live award presentation, The Coldsmoke Awards. In addition to our multiple destination tour, we provide online access to all of the films competing for the People's Choice Award as well as information about all films accepted to the Awards. The Coldsmoke Awards is a one night only live show in Bozeman, Montana. Filmmakers, MC’s, athletes, and presenters coalesce on the Coldsmoke stage bringing our audience the very best winter film has to offer. Similar to the Academy Awards in format, this wild and zany awards ceremony celebrates imagery and talent with a vibe only the winter mountain culture can create. Live music, libations, and festive mountain attire make this a true finale to the Coldsmoke’s line of events, and has proven to be one of the best gatherings Bozeman, Montana has to offer. Along with fostering new talent and innovation, The Coldsmoke Awards prides itself on strengthening the Winter Culture through contributions to non-profit organizations dedicated to investing in the future of mountain society.
