Arvel J (Jerry) McMahan, a third generation, because licensed in 1968 after graduation from Tennessee Tech University and joined his father, Arvel, in the firm during 1972, becoming a Broker in 1975. The firm affiliated with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation in 1991. Reflecting the national strength and reputation of the parent firm, Coldwell Banker McMahan now consists of ten (10) offices located in Crestwood, East Louisville, South Louisville, Lexington, Winchester, Elizabethtown, Southern Indiana, Georgetown and Richmond.
