About Coleambally Irrigation Co-operative
Coleambally Irrigation Co-operative Limited (CICL) is a member owned co-operative which supplies irrigation water to its members and customers. Its irrigation delivery is via gravity through open earthen channels. The CICL area of operations, of circa 457,000 ha with 516km of supply channels and 711km of drainage channels. CICL’s irrigators grow a mixture of summer and winter irrigated crops with corn, cotton and rice being the main summer crops. Our office is regionally located in Coleambally, a small, friendly township in the NSW Riverina. CICL aspires to attract and retain the best people to our organisation. We have approximately 40 employees from diverse professions and trades. Our employees hold both full-time and part-time positions. We also employ a number of casuals to assist with our maintenance program.
