Coleherne is a well-established manufacturing and engineering business based in Manchester UK dating back to 1905. In 2022 we opened a joint venture manufacturing and repair facility in Oman: Hydro Coleherne LLC. We specialise in the design, manufacture, repair of plain, tilting pad and journal pad white metal bearings. These white metal bearings are used in large rotating equipment applications such as turbines, generators, motors, compressors and pumps. We offer a wide range of white metal bearing services to our global client base: • Initial design support to the OEM, • Supporting the end-user with replacement bearings, • Repair services for existing equipment in the field • Training to engineers, technicians, mechanics and plant operators. Our highly qualified engineers use advanced 3D CADCAM with bearing design predictive software and state-of-the-art laser scanning equipment. We are able to offer a full reverse engineering bearing solution package to new and existing clients. We are also the main agent in the UK and designated countries across Europe for Kingsbury Inc USA, this partnership goes back well over 40 years.
