INVESTMENT - finding investment for your business is a "Full Time" job - many business owners try to find investment, however they soon find out that attracting investment is harder than they think - and they land up chasing their tail, when they should be focussing on growing their business. We help business owners to position their businesses for investment. Working with the Founders we identify their strengths, route to market however we also identify the risk to their businesses, where does their weakness lay. Then we help address these risks and weaknesses via strategic partners. Equity for investment is the most expensive money, so we always conduct a deep dive to see how we can provide the Founder with alternative investment (non-dilutive) before we look at attracting investment that requires equity. Think of us as a "matchmaker" we introduce good people to good people (people who can & will positively impact their business).
