About Collaboration IndeX

Collaboration IndeX is a unique online change management platform, already at work for 200,000 users. We created it to help G Suite/Office 365 customers adopting massively new collaborative work practices, and to enable them to issue for their employees skills certificates in these new digital practices. Based on an adoption score of 1 to 10 calculated automatically and updated daily for an entire G Suite/Office 365 domain, Collaboration Index is an objective global reference, compatible with all collaborative technologies, and validated by the academic community. Collaboration IndeX offers 3 levels of deployment that can be activated gradually for everybody: Monitoring mode: much more than simple analytics, the monitoring mode makes it possible to monitor and benchmark day after day the real level of adoption of users within the company and within teams, departments and business units. Coaching mode: this mode gives the users themselves an individual and confidential access to their level of adoption, accompanied by a virtual coach sending personalized recommendations every day, as well as a very detailed analysis of the skills acquired and the next steps to achieve progress. Certification mode: in this mode, a skills certificate in digital collaboration is also issued after 6 months of use for each user, in order to motivate all employees to improve their skills, and therefore to increase the global efficiency of the company.
