About Collars
Collars is an app-based solution to bridge the gap in the blue collar labor shortage. By allowing applicants to create a full profile complete with pictures, videos, and supplemental documents; it empowers them to be more than a resume. When they swipe on employers to show interest in a job, the employer then gets to know the applicant, their work, and their passion instead of blindly taking a chance on a resume. Once there is mutual interest, the app opens a chat between the applicant and employer to further the hiring process and schedule interviews.
