About Collective Being
Founded in 2017, Collective Being is a mental health organisation offering trauma-informed, body-based programs that support people experiencing stress, trauma, and systemic barriers to care. We run free and low-cost group programs in everyday settings, like hospitals, schools, prisons, and community spaces, that combine movement, mindfulness and nervous system awareness.
