About Collective Hospitality
The Mackenzie Room, Say Mercy!, Collective Goods and B-Side are properties of Collective Hospitality. We have a very simple belief when it comes to this industry - kindness is the path that leads us into true hospitality, and we extend it to everyone equally in every interaction. This thesis resonates throughout our brand and informs how we approach the work day to day. We hire kindness, dedication, and passion and we work to create a safe space that invites long tenures while doing its best to support work/life balance. We expect a code of conduct that mirrors this thesis to be maintained at all times in relation to the brand. Hospitality begins the moment someone thinks about joining us at the restaurant and ends when they invite their friends to come back with them for the next visit. The Mackenzie Room - https://www.themackenzieroom.com/ Since opening in 2015, The Mackenzie Room has been one of Vancouver’s hidden gems, appreciated for both its gracious hospitality and casual take on fine dining. Chef Sean Reeve steers the chalkboard menu playfully creating smart, engaging dishes informed by the abundance of the Pacific Northwest. Say Mercy! - https://www.saymercy.ca/ Say Mercy! is an Unexpected Love Story between Italian and American BBQ, whose individual characteristics are distinct and unique, yet are united by very common core values. It’s a place where every person who walks through our door has already become a guest for life - even if they don’t know it yet. Collective Goods - https://www.collectivegoods.ca/ It's not take out. It's take home. Our response to the Covid-19 pandemic offers affordable healthy meals for individuals, couples and families looking to have a restaurant experience in the comfort of their own home. B-Side - https://www.bsidesandwiches.ca/ Sandwich shop by day and wine bar by night. A 24 seat patio currently residing beside Say Mercy! offering a casual outdoor dining experience with elevated food and hospitality.
