About Collective Society 360
Collective Society 360 is a not for profit organization geared towards career and entrepreneurial development for youth in the Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (BIPOC) communities. Corporate racial inequity and biases have detoured this marginalized group from maximizing their full potential and expanding their options for additional career paths. We will open their minds and explore professions that have a history of systemic discrimination. With a results driven and strategic approach, mentors and business leaders will open the channels of communication for authentic conversations; inciting change for BIPOC representation within the workforce with a conscious commitment to youth development. This movement is not a hand out, but a hand up to all BIPOC youth in various social and economic statuses. We firmly believe that all BIPOC youth deserve access to programs and mentorship. Often, programs and funds are created and distributed exclusively to “underprivileged youth.” We want to be proactive and not reactive and ensure that all classes of BIPOC families also have resources to flourish. Through clear direction and transparent conversations with business leaders, BIPOC youth will have equal opportunities to achieve their full potential, secure lucrative jobs and explore entrepreneurial initiatives through sustainable programs and financial contributions.
