About Collingwood College AFC

CCAFC compete in inter-collegiate football matches at Durham University. With 15 mens and 2 womens teams, we are one of the largest amateur football clubs in the UK. The Club is also one of the most successful clubs in Durham, winning the Men’s Floodlit Cup and Women’s Football Trophy in 2022. Additionally, CCAFC has 4 mens teams in the Premier league; no other college has more than one. We have teams for all standards of football and strive to be an inclusive and welcoming club to all those who wish to join. Community is everything at Collingwood. We have many events each year which bring the whole club together, the most notable being our Charity Ball and ‘24 hours of Football’ events which last year raised over £7000 for RSACC, a local rape and sexual abuse counselling centre in the North East.
