Colmena Consulting is a radical consulting cooperative of change-makers with social justice values. Our mission is to nourish a healthy hive, benefiting our members and creating change through transformative projects in the world. We are disrupting business as usual to transform how we work and what is possible, creating holistic—including financial—abundance. We envision a more equitable and sustainable business landscape that is regenerative, benefiting workers, partners, and society at large. We are Black- and Latina-led producer cooperative committed to collective liberation. We co-create a culture that advances justice, holistic well-being and redistribution of wealth and access to opportunities. Like pollinators in nature, we work together and share the work. We are big thinkers, inventors, problem solvers and individuals who are unafraid to take action and make things different by envisioning a world beyond the limitations of the status quo. We reclaim our agency and re-revolutionize the way we work by centering the needs, skills, and aspirations of the worker. We believe that – together and with clarity, as a ‘we’ rather than an ‘I’– we hold the power to drive collective social change and catalyze a transformation. Our journey begins with the question, “What if?” as we boldly pursue a world characterized by interconnectedness, equity and the infinite potential of regenerative possibilities.
