About Colony Investment Management

Established in Paris in 1997 under Colony Capital, our operations have expanded to London, Luxembourg, and Rome. Our platform has been actively investing and managing real estate assets in credit and private equity for almost 25 years. In December 2021, Colony’s European investment team has elected to carry on the legacy European investment management activities of the group. These activities have been regrouped under a new brand name, Colony Investment Management (“Colony”), that combines our track record and our roots, with our own pathway. While we continue to generate value from the large portfolios we manage or sub-advise, our ambition is to continue to grow our business with new product offerings to meet the expectations of our clients and other stakeholders. Colony Investment management has in-country teams who are local experts in their respective markets, with strong experience navigating legal, tax and cultural nuances. Our people possess significant local knowledge and skills, as well as a strong familiarity with different markets and multiple product types. Our seasoned senior management team combines 100+ years of operational, private equity, real asset and credit experience.
