About Colorado Aviation Business Association (CABA)

CABA's mission is to foster and promote aviation and related business throughout Colorado; to collectively address and respond to issues impacting Colorado Airports, including safety and operational effectiveness; to educate the general public about all aviation activities in the state, and to preserve the state's airport related businesses as valuable economic assets to the community at large. In 2017 CABA passed the Support Colorado Aviation License Plate Bill. Plates become available in Sept 2018 and is a way to help promote aviation throughout the state of Colorado and its important economic impact. In 2018 CABA has introduced HB18-1083 a state sales and use tax exemption for on demand air carriers. Bill passed both house and senate, but was later vetoed by Gov. Currently working to reintroduce the bill in 2019.
