My journey as Founder of Colour My Wheels began with a simple mission: to bring a burst of colour and joy into the lives of wheelchair users. Inspired by my mum's experience in a wheelchair and Aged Care, and now she rolls with colour, turning heads wherever she goes. I wanted to create bright and cheerful accessories that would not only uplift spirits but also spark conversations And with that, transforming the experience of a wheelchair user to one of BEING AND FEELING SEEN. Named 'Rockstar Rookies at Source Kids Brisbane 2024, at Colour My Wheels we believe that their wheelchairs should reflect the vibrant personalities of their users. That's why we've made it our mission to offer a range of colourful wheel covers, or spoke guards, infused with captivating art and surface design. We are thrilled to collaborate with incredible Australian artists who share our excitement for this project. Together, we're bringing their captivating artwork to life on wheel covers, adding a touch of creativity and individuality to each wheelchair. But our commitment goes beyond aesthetics. We've carefully sourced a polypropylene material, proudly made in Australia, that is recyclable and will continue to search for products that are even more sustainable and eco friendly. And that's not all! We are also offering custom designs, allowing you to upload your chosen artwork and create personalized wheel covers.
