Comfort Home Health & Hospice was established in 2007 when we felt there was a need for a quality Hospice that truly treated patients and their families as though they were our own family. We have a full team of professionals ranging from Medical Doctors, Physicians Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, RN’s, Home Health Aides, Social Workers, Chaplains, and Volunteers. Whether it’s providing nursing care at the bedside, bereavement support to families months after the loss of a loved one, or administratively supporting our operation behind the scenes, we work as a team. We believe it is an honor to walk through an end of life journey with a patient and his or her family and loved ones.
