More than a century and a half later, Comly isn't so small anymore....As one of the oldest family owned and operated auction firms in the United States, Comly Auctioneers & Appraisers offers a full range of auction, appraisal and inventory services to meet every demand. Live Onsite, Online and Webcast Auctions: Comly’s auctions consist of machinery, equipment, inventories, real estate, and commercial business assets including liquor licenses, intangibles and intellectual property. Our structure enables us to meet the needs of our clients in every situation. We have the ability to sell your assets on our premises or on your site, whether it is at public auction, sealed bid, online or live internet bidding through our webcast auction system. Our 40,000 SF warehouse facility with an enclosed yard area of 15,000 SF accepts regular consignments of assets requiring disposition that may need to be removed from a site for a variety of reasons. Whether it is a single piece of equipment, an entire industrial plant, residential or commercial property, our services are available at a moment's notice. All of our appraisers are senior accredited members of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA). All of our reports are prepared in conformity with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and the ASA Code of Ethics.
