About CommCARE Behavioral Health
We are the region’s mental and behavioral health network, connecting the community to our vast system of resources and providers. Our Services Include EPICC, 988, Alternatives EAP, Virtual Health, Credentialing, Children's Enhancement Project Alternatives EAP Plans for Businesses - We provide an employee assistance program for companies and their employees so that they can have access to mental and behavioral health services not covered by insurance. EPICC Program - Addressing the Opioid Crisis: An innovative initiative, the EPICC program by CommCARE, is one of the first programs of its kind in the state of Missouri to fight the opioid crisis by promoting a Medication First model through transitions of care. Virtual Health - Mental health for all: Virtual Health provides underserved communities with access to psychiatrists and nurse practitioners for assessment and medication services. Children’s Enhancement Program - We work with the Missouri Department of Mental Health to provide safe spaces for children to have access to counseling, education, and support for improved well-being. Resources - CommCARE offers a variety of educational resources, including blogs, newsletters, seminars, and webinars, to promote mental and behavioral health education and awareness throughout Missouri and the United States.
