Our commercial model is designed so that in all cases, all parties concerned will receive a fair and equitable return for their time and investment employed in support of a case. We provide funding to cover own cost Solicitors fees, Counsel fees, all disbursements, expert reports, investigation costs and the costs associated with any ATE insurance cover your client may require.
