We are proud to have a great staff with nearly a century of experience. Bill Zoltan, "President" of CRB, is no newcomer to the world of collections. He was with Dun and Bradstreet in the 1970's and was recognized with the prestigious D&B presidential citation for his contribution. He became a staff member at NACM in the 1980's where he provided a strong, proven collection and credit history and experience at a national level. He has monitored and serviced various National Industry Credit Groups and has provided training and educational seminars to credit professionals. We offer a unique approach to debt collection that is professional, persuasive, and principled. Often, the fundamentals of collections are overlooked, but we stress them and use them to increase the cash-flow for our clients. CRB understands the strain of a credit and collection department charged with changing priorities to meet daily needs. We use all forms of communications to get debtors to pay including face-to-face visits when necessary. We have experience in collecting all types of commercial business debts, including but not limited to: medical equipment, building materials, food distribution and equipment, construction and industrial equipment, graphic arts, billboard, radio, and TV advertising. Additionally, CRB belongs to a network of commercial collection attorneys covering the entire U.S. and Canada. Our attorneys work on a contingency basis; not hourly. We will keep you updated with several, meaningful detailed reports: "Debtor Contact Report" - shows each and every collection action that was made on your account. "Debtor Payment Report" - shows all funds that were collected. "Overall Status Report" - lists all your placed debtors and their current status. We provide 24/7 online access or paper reports (or both) depending on your preference.
