Commission Projects is a visual arts consultancy specialising in developing and delivering outstanding public art projects that define places and involve people. We are expert in matching commissioners needs with artists aspirations and prioritise developing effective working partnerships that ofter continue after our involvement finishes. Our knowledge is based on our extensive experience of policy development at both regional and national levels. Commission Projects works with public and private sector developers, local government, artists, architects and design teams, and community organisations. Commission Projects is led by David Wright and Grace Thorne who worked with the influential public art trust, Commissions East. They bring extensive experience of having delivered some of the most notable public art projects in the South East over the last twenty years.
