CFS is a private fitness studio focused on helping people build their confidence, address their mental health, and make lasting progress. We have all 5 star reviews for a reason. Most of our clients have been with us for 2 or more years (some as long as 8 years). Our owners are very involved and present to provide guidance to our elite group of coaches and create real relationships with every client. The business started out by specializing in bride and groom fitness and, after our owners had a baby, has now expanded to being the top pre and postnatal fitness studio in Colorado. We are passionate when it comes to helping women. Hundreds of women have trusted us to guide them throughout their pregnancy. 5 of our coaches are pre and postnatal certified. Our coaches know how to minimize and even prevent diastasis recti, coach based on each trimester, prepare the body for labor, reconnect the core postpartum, and so much more. Our goal is to empower women and show them how capable their bodies. We work with people of all different ages, shapes, sizes and with many different goals. Our team trains as a unit. We communicate often and use each other as resources. We want to change the industry from being competitive to being collaborative. We are in this profession to help people. Each of our trainers brings something different to the table. We believe that is why our clients have seen such remarkable transformations. Commit Fitness is unlike any studio you've seen before.
