About Communakit

We create professionally developed speech and language learning kits filled with fun and engaging objects that children can explore and manipulate as they practice understanding and using language. We’re a mother-daughter team passionate about helping young children become the best communicators they can possible be. Speech-language skills are the foundation for a child’s cognitive, emotional and social development. We know that when children can “use their words” to express themselves, they are less likely to melt down into pools of frustration. And when children can understand what your telling them to do, well, at least you know they understood what you said and that’s half the battle, right? Ultimately, being able to have conversations with your child is one of the greatest rewards of parenting. It allows you to learn about your child’s inner mind and to help them better understand of the world around them. It’s how we connect most closely with them. That’s why we’ve created language kits filled with fun and engaging objects that children can explore and manipulate as they practice understanding and speaking. Designed by a Speech-Language Pathologist, these kits are intended for children ages 3-6 and are a positive, no-fail way to help your child strengthen and enhance their communication skills. Each kit can be used at 3 different levels of difficulty so your child can grow, grow and grow again. In fact, the kits can be used in so many different ways, they are limited only by your imagination or more likely your child’s imagination! When you’ve done all you can with one kit, there is another one waiting to be explored.
