Communications Services Incorporated (CSI) was incorporated in the State of Delaware in 1998 as a privately held company. The business was sold to long time employee Julie Harner and her husband Craig Harner and is now incorporated in Virginia. The founders were all former senior managers and executives with Bell Atlantic (now Verizon) and AT&T. The current owners have 40 years of telecommunications experience with 20 of those years supporting the federal government. CSI was formed to capitalize on the telecommunications expertise of the founders, and to provide an uncommonly high level of knowledge and technical capability to major telecommunications providers and the Federal Government. CSI is now a woman owned small business. CSI provides temporary and outsourced professional labor services to the telecommunications industry. Complementing the expertise of the founders, CSI selectively recruits and employs highly experienced and talented telecommunications experts, many of whom possess more than twenty-five years experience and superlative performance records in the telecommunications industry. Consequently, CSI’s corporate profile reflects a steep growth curve, a current roster of over 130 employees. CSI has a fourteen-year history providing service to the Federal Government through contracts we have with telecommunications companies. Much of the professional services we provide to our clients are on-site support at Federal agencies.
