After personal banking, the provision of affordable insurance is the second highest cause of financial exclusion in the UK. We are doing something about it, and our first scheme - Communities Home will be launched in 2014. There are not many not-for-profit insurance brokers in the Uk - we are unusual. We want to offer best value, personal service and re-invest profit into product development and our good causes.
