With this new identity comes a refreshed strategic plan that allows us to further our commitment to UNIFY the whole COMMUNITY to address inequalities. CommUnify is a nonprofit organization that works collaboratively with the community to find innovative solutions to assist Santa Barbara County residents in living healthy, resilient and financially secure lives. We offer a variety of education and support services aimed at promoting the independence of individuals of all ages.
