About Community Assisted & Supported Living
Founded in 1998 by Heather and Scott Eller, Community Assisted & Supported Living (CASL) is a non-profit organization, headquartered in Sarasota, that provides permanent, affordable, and supportive housing for persons with disabling conditions and many times homeless. CASL will be housing 1000+ individuals by the end of 2022 across central and south Florida. The CASL permanent supportive housing model is innovative in the industry, coupling housing with case management services. Together with our nonprofit partners, CASL ensures clients have access to suitable medical and mental health care, financial assistance, educational and career-focused resources to help them achieve individual life goals. CASL believes that if people are given the opportunity of a clean, permanent home with wrap around supports, the likelihood of stability increases dramatically.
