We are a federally regulated appraisal management company which means we can serve lenders in any state in the US. But, we are not a typical AMC. We’re different—and better. We provide clients with a 24/7 portal which provides an up-to-the -minute status of every project. We have a full time staff, located in Hickory, NC, who are dedicated to client service. When our clients call, they get a live response. In the rare case we have to send a call to voice mail, we make a call back within minutes, not hours. Similarly, emails sent to us through the portal or to our offices, are handled on the spot. We have a network of expert appraisers across the US. Our appraisers are ethical, experienced and certified. They are required to have (or to develop) an intimate knowledge of the local valuations in the markets in which they operate. (NOTE: when performing a FNMA and FHLMC appraisal, we require our appraisers to have pre-existing geographic competency.) Because we’re owned by bankers, the necessity for absolute, state-of-the-art appraisal compliance is in our DNA.
