Mr. Roger Mbianke, has a common belief that every youth is uniquely brilliant and deserves a high-quality and personalized education. When we invest in the youth, we are investing in the future. Our initiative to address the crisis of unemployment and revitalize underprivileged communities as well as provide sustainable training programs that will improve their economic well-being and ultimately reducing poverty among community households. The CCPD has done just that by transitioning hundreds of unskilled young men and women into skilled labor forces every year. As a result of the knowledge and skills obtained, students gain the aptitude for creative thinking and convey the understanding of freedom and independence, regardless of their social standing, economic hardships or poverty stricken environment.
